SCAIR-Soaring Eagles Pow-Wow Dance Class
Native American youth, grades K-12, participate in a weekly instructional session on Pow-wow dancing. The objective is to give participants a basic understanding of Pow-wow dances and protocol. There is no charge and Pow-wow regalia is not required to attend.
The Soaring Eagle progam bridges the past with the future and serves to promote the self esteem of the Native American people.
